OR-Fab's Jeep JK steel plate bumpers are handcrafted in the U.S.A. and are constructed from quality 3/16" steel plate to provide superior body protection. We use high tech, precision lasers to cut out the bumpers, and meticulously form them into shape using CNC Press Brakes. Finally the bumpers are hand welded and ground for the utmost quality, before being powder coated for ultimate durability. Our bumpers utilize a tapered design to easily slide off large rocks and ledges making your vehicle ready for the toughest off-road adventures. 

Designed by off-road enthusiasts, for off-road enthusiasts, these bumpers incorporate everything Jeep owners want in ultimate trail protection and function. All OR-Fab Jeep JK bumpers bolt directly to the factory location without the need for cutting, drilling or welding, and easily mount to the factory location using 1/2" thick steel mounting brackets and high quality stainless steel hardware.

This economical bumper is the same design as the #83222 but comes without a winch mount. This non-winch bumper allows for greater approach angles over the factory unit by using a stubby design which maximizes tire clearance and approach angles. We've incorporated two OEM driving light mounting holes so you don't lose your factory lights. Heavy Duty reinforced D-ring mounts and shackles are included for increased recovery options. This bumper also features a 2-inch diameter, .120 wall steel tube hoop for maximum protection.
