To that end, we’ve invested millions into high-tech testing equipment so we could find the perfect blend of materials and design to make our ball joint as strong as possible. The result is a 4340 chromoly steel stud that is hardened with our unique heat treatment process and zinc plated to boot. Combine that with a stud that’s necked down much less than OEM and you’ve got a ball joint that’s nearly twice as strong as your stock ball joint.

That’s why we made our heavy duty ball joints with a convenient adjustable sleeve so you can control the tension on the stud to suit your needs. We also include a handy grease fitting so you can keep your ball joints running smooth for the next 1000 miles.
