These snap ring coilover systems join the current lineup offering improved performance and capability. These kits are based around the tried and true high clearance technology that has made BDS the go to for F150 suspension lifts, designed from the ground up to get the more out of your truck with the most ground clearance on the market. While some companies build "kits" to fit larger tires, BDS Suspension prides itself in engineering complete suspension systems designed to take your vehicle's performance to the next level while retaining OE-level functionality.

At the heart of these new systems are a pair of precision tuned FOX 2.0 performance series (non-reservoir) coilover struts designed for use with the factory coil spring and top plate. These non-reservoir FOX coilovers offer improved onroad and off-road performance and allow easy setup with 2 snap ring grooves for either 4" or 6" of lift. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft. Complimenting the coilover struts, BDS utilizes a pair of specially designed 1/4" thick laser cut high clearance crossmembers to maximize clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. These paired with a high strength differential skid plate to create a rigid subframe while adding protection for vital steering and driveline components. In place of the factory steering knuckles a pair of specially designed ductile iron replacement steering knuckles are supplied to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. These connect to the factory steering with a pair of heavy duty replacement tie rod ends included in the kit. The front differential is repositioned with BDS's multipoint relocation bracket system tying into the frame and control arm pockets to further secure the front differential to keep CV axle angles at a minimum. A front driveshaft spacer is also supplied along with longer hardware to allow the reinstallation of the factory driveshaft. A pair of sway bar drop brackets used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar as well as created a strong brace between the rear crossmember and the frame. Rounding out the front of this kit are new lower control arm cam bolts to allow alignment and a weld-in frame reinforcement plate for extra strength.

In the rear of this performance lift kit, the factory block is replaced with a tall lift block and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance. Also included, BDS supplies brake line and ABS line brackets allow the use of factory brake lines. Rear damper capacity is improved by your choice of specially tuned FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series gas shocks to match the front performance. All kits come finished in a durable textured black powder coat and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions.

Important Kit Notes

• 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance.
• Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Tremor models: only the 3-1/4" rear block is recommended. Larger blocks cause driveline vibration. Expected rake is 1" with new block installed. Factory block provides slight tail low stance if desired
• Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
• Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Recalibration of your vehicles Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
